The teacher in this video had a creative idea about teaching. That is that one does not need to know everything about a subject to teach it. Since the teacher does not know everything about the subject sometimes students ask questions she does not know the answer to. Most people would think this to be a bad thing. In actuality it works to the teachers advantage. When a student asks a question his/her teacher can not answer he/she must look up an answer by his/her self. This as defined by the the teacher in the video gives the students a sense of empowerment.
Another teaching method taught by the video was the idea of teaching students how to look up information online. This to me is one of the most important skills for a student to learn. Most people do not realize it but the internet is greatest source of information in the world. If a student went his/her entire educational career and only learned how to look things up he/she would have had a successful educational career. The reason I state this is because anything he/she does not understand she can just look it and learn about it.
