Now that technology is being integrated into the classroom many people think it to be a good idea for student to post things on the web. This way others can read about their work. Students could try to encourage others with their ideas or works. It can also be the other way around and students could get their ideas from others works. Also the amount of information learned from the internet is astronomical. This is because everyone can have access to all others works. Instead of having just one teacher you can have many.
There are some downsides though to having students posting works on blogs. One of those is the privacy issue. Students are not adults and there works are all being looked at. Parental consent would have to be mandatory for a student to put his/her work on the internet. Also these things are permanent. Once they go up on the internet everyone will be able to view them even forty years down the road when they are adults. http://www.eff.org/issues/bloggers/legal/students
Good job Major. Check you grammer. Some sentences do not "read" right. Look at the first sentence, second paragraph. I would delete the firt "though". Check first paragraph, first sentence, should be students instead of student.
